CPIA LLC began in 2019 as a house cleaning business owned by Melvin and Alexandra Benitez in Des Moines, Iowa. Within a short time, they leveraged their background in home maintenance to grow their company by offering cleaning services, handyman services and remodeling services. We have focused our vision on doing what is best for our customers by providing excellence and quality service. We know that by providing our customers with the necessities they need and the customer service they deserve that our company will continue to strive and grow in this industry.
